Yes, we do. The minimum order is $50.

For all orders within our Sydney delivery range we have a delivery rate of between $10 - $20 depending on your location. Should your order total more than $200 there is no delivery fee.

No, you don’t.  Your food is delivered in an insulated box with an ice pack. We guarantee that your items will stay cold for 12 hours from drop off.  Just let us know where you would like the delivery to be left and we will send you a confirmation text once it has been delivered so you can ensure you’ll be home within 12 hours.

Our delivery windows are as follows:

  • Tuesday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Wednesday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Thursday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee specific delivery times within those windows.

Yes, you can. When placing your order please choose local pick up and select the best day for your collection. You can pick your order up between 10am – 12pm from our kitchen on that specific day. The address for our kitchen is 3/25 Ossary St, Mascot, NSW, 2020.

Most of our meals have been prepared to eat within 4 days of delivery and have specific best before dates and storage information so you can ensure it will stay fresh until used. This may vary, so please be sure to check the information on the label when you receive it so nothing goes to waste.

Please refer to the storage information on the meal specific label. If the meal is suitable to be frozen, it will say so.

Please note that not all meals are suitable to freeze, refer to the product label.

Do not refreeze any frozen product once it has been defrosted.  

Yes, you can request this when you place your order. Your meals will be delivered to your door-step and confirmed via a text to the contact number you provided us.

We are in the process of transitioning to a fully recyclable cardboard box with cardboard insulation. You can dispose of it in your cardboard recycling.

If you receive your order in a foam box, we encourage you to return it so we can be sterilised and reused. Please leave your box outside and we will collect it when we deliver your next order.   


Please store in the foam box, and we will collect upon your next delivery. The ice packs are washed, sterilised & frozen for reuse. 


Please wash and return to Nourish Sydney with the foam box for us to sterilise and reuse. Alternatively, these jars can be recycled at home.


Made from recycled material lined with plant-based PLA. They can be hand washed and used at home, or alternatively placed in your yellow recycle bin for collection.


The vacuum sealed bags and pouches can be washed and recycled with other soft plastics at REDcycle drop off points. You can find your nearest REDcycle location here:
